What are the shipping rates?
We have flat rates for shipping as follows:
$7.00 domestic.
$16.95 international.
Rush shipping is available for an extra charge. Please email info@shopbones.com for more info before placing your order.
FREE shipping for all orders over $150 because we love you!
How long until I get my package?
Once we receive your order, it will be processed and shipped in one to two business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your package has been shipped.hipping will take between 3 and 7 days.
How do I make a return?
We want you to absolutely love your item/s! If anything did not work, we will gladly accept returns on clothing (no accessories or sale items) with tags still attached within 30 days of purchase. We will not refund shipping. Please package the items along with the return slip and mail to:
